By downloading, installing, or using the Tapnest mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Tapnest is a focus and productivity application that helps users manage their time through focus sessions, virtual plant growing, and ambient sound features. The App includes a coin system for unlocking additional features and content.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using Tapnest, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Coin System and Purchases

Tapnest features a coin system that allows you to:

• Earn coins through completed focus sessions
• Purchase additional coins through in-app purchases
• Use coins to unlock new plants, features, and content
• Access premium ambient sounds and customization options

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the App's security features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the coin system

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data (User ID and coin information only) and store most of your app data locally on your device.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. App Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
