Delete Account

Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. All associated data will be permanently removed, and you will no longer be able to log in. To proceed with your account deletion request, please provide the necessary information below. Alternatively, you can delete your account directly in the app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

After you submit your application, we will process it within 3 to 7 days. If you wish to cancel the deletion during this period, please contact customer service within the app.
